Top Three Q&A's About the Sex::Tech Conference
1) I'm a partner/friend/youth/collaborator/other. Do I have to register and pay?
Yes, you do. We need to keep track of each and every one of you so we're well-prepared at conference time. The fees are necessary to cover the costs of putting on a conference of this size. Once you register at EventBrite, you will be asked to click on a button to go to PayPal, where you can choose your registration category (Early Bird, Student, Late Bird, Donate). You will have the option to use an existing PayPal account, your business/government credit card, or mail in a check.
2) Is this conference for real?
Yes, it is. It is the culmination of efforts and ideas put forth by youth, academics, health professionals and youth advocates. We are bringing together many disciplines for the conference, including: adolescent sexual health, sex education, HIV prevention, STD prevention and the sexual literacy movement. It's very exciting! Everyone behind the conference has degrees and experience. We're for real. ;)
3) How can I contribute?
There are many ways you can get involved. You can become a conference sponsor (link to Sponsorship page). You can submit an abstract to present at the conference (link to Abstract page). You can enter the Digital Video contest in September (link to DoGooder.tv), if you're under 28 years old. You can donate $$ to sponsor a youth to attend (link to Registration page). If you have other ideas, feel free to call us at 877-665-2250 or send email to:
